Recent reviews

I haven’t used this service for couple years because I didn’t travel. Now I wanted to use but it is a nightmare to update phone number. It’s not 1996, it’s 2026 and you keep asking to send email in order to update the phone number. If you are traveling from another country and had old Citybee account you are out of luck. You can’t update it and you can’t create a new one because the driver’s license is still associated with the old account. Terrible design. Extreme waste of time and horrible customer experience.
