Recent reviews

The parking lot itself is fine, but the shuttle service needs serious improvement. There are never any pickups for Terminal C arrivals. Drivers seem to focus on dropping off departing passengers and then drive right past the arrival pickup area without stopping. This leads to long waits and unnecessary frustration after a flight. The shuttle service needs to be more reliable and make consistent pickups at Terminal C arrivals. If you'd like, I can also make it sound more forceful or more concise for Google Reviews.

I had been quite satisfied with the app, although the daily rate to park in Philadelphia had taken a big jump. I hadn’t used the app for several months and when I went to make a reservation on my phone I got a pop-up notification about tracking shared with other unnamed apps, with no apparent way to opt out. My reaction is to delete the app and make the reservation on my laptop, where I have more control of tracking activity.
