I used this app to detect differences in wall paint on some light color blues and greens. It called everything a shade of grey, sometimes multiple shades of grey were suggested for the same wall. Do not recommend.

This is a really great app. It’s super useful for isolating colors and learning how colors are affected by different lighting conditions. The only thing I would change is that there isn’t any way to see the hsb of the colors, just hex and rgb.

No strange permissions (just camera and photos), no intrusive ads, no hounding you to spend an absurd amount of money per week for a “premium” version. Heck it doesn’t have any in-app purchases whatsoever. Simply does what it says and does it well.
