SPlayerX Pro

SPlayerX Pro for Chrome is a polished music and video player that mirrors the elegance of iPhone/iPad apps. It supports a broad range of formats (rm, rmvb, avi, mp4, mkv, mov, wmv, flv, 3gp, etc.) and can automatically scan your local network for HD playback and nearby devices.

On the network side, it enables streaming from local networks and some cloud services, while security features let you set a passcode to restrict access to folders/files.
