Honestly, think twice about this app. The app glitched at the gate and getting support was a nightmare. I spent forever on hold, and then it took them 15 minutes just to find my account. Instead of just crediting me a wash for the hassle, they literally told me to pull out, get back in a 20-minute line, and call them back when I got to the front so they could try to trigger the wash manually. I actually wasted another 20 minutes in line and could never get anyone back on the phone. Complete joke of a customer service team. Don’t bother.
