The Service Finance Dealer App enables registered dealers and authorized agents to securely apply for customer financing on-site 24/7. It speeds data entry by scanning the customer's driver's license, provides real-time underwriting decisions through push notifications, and supports photo/document uploads as well as a touch-based e-signature for loan documents. Users can track the status of each request and manage their personal pipeline in real time.

Administrators have access to an agent management dashboard to grant or revoke access after training. The app is free to use (web access required) with potential carrier/data rates; a supported device with a camera is required; and the EZ Sign Portal offers secure document execution.

I have ran this app for years with clients in their home. Not once have I had an issue. I wish other finance companies had apps that worked so seamlessly. Thanks Service!

Saw the same issues from other users and when you call them they say it isn’t on their end. Lol. How is the same issue for many users not on their end. Service Finance is a great company, but whoever designed their app needs help

Why have an app that doesn't sync with the pc? The design is ridiculous! For instance, to see your pipeline, you must choose "create new loan application". And when you call for an explanation, your call is routes to another country and ya know how much fun that can be! I'll be deleting this useless app!
