Frequent login/sign-in issues and sessions not persisting; users are repeatedly prompted to sign in or cannot sign in.
Lack of Apple Wallet/Apple Pay integration for tickets and metro access; no option to add cards to Wallet.
Persistent update prompts with no available update; users are blocked or redirected to non-working links.
Reliability issues: the app cannot load data reliably, experiences connection problems, and sometimes doesn’t function.
Missing essential features and usability problems: no city map with stations, incomplete trip planning features, and overall UX bugs.

The app can never establish connection, pages appear to load but have no information on them. Seems like the app has been forgotten by its admin.

تطبيق متخلف جدا مافيه امكانيه الدخول بباركود ولا حفظ التذكرة في المحفظة ودائما اواجه مشكلة في التسجيل !! ومافيه ابل باي!! 😐يعني وجوده فقط لاعلامك الرصيد المتوفر 😅
