I work in IT as a systems engineer and I marked it failing loading transactions for over two weeks in a row to an app issue that needed updating. Deleted and reinstalled the app and now it works again. No new version update, just a reinstall fixed it. Two stars because I guess I could have spent my valuable time sending them error and debug logs and didn’t bother but for a banking app I rely on daily expect it to better. Also why can’t I partial pay my mortgage ahead of the due date and pay the rest before the due date hits? It makes no sense. Also I see a lot of canned responses from the “app developer”, please don’t sent me one or I’ll hit the ceiling. Just fix the problems.
