Blinkit: Groceries & more

Blinkit is of great use when it comes to emergencies and the product quality is good as well. I would expect consistency in product quality which is only lagging. Once this issue with quality is resolved I hope Blinkit would be a much more dependable platform for customers. Proper quality check is the bottleneck.

Due to payment failure shown in the application, the payment for an ordered was processed thrice. I tried cancelling the two of three duplicate orders, the application made hell for me to do so. I was again redirected to talk to the ai chat bot, that cracks upon human-in-loop intervention. No customer care calls, neither for me nor for delivery boy. They also tried they utter best to cancel the order or tried to at-least initiate customer cancellation from their end. They also could not get any hold of the customer service, same loop back mechanism to every questions they had, bad customer/employee experience. And this is handled by one of the biggest reputable conglomerate of India. Nevertheless please fix this at at-most priority. Hire people if need be. Thankyou for wasting precious 1hour of my time.
