RoadWarrior Route Planner

I’ve been a loyal RoadWarrior user for years and have trusted it with my business. Over that time I’ve built a database of more than 1,000 saved favorites/addresses and just under 400 saved routes. It has been an essential tool for my work. Unfortunately, after the recent updates, I’ve experienced missing data and syncing issues that are incredibly concerning. Years of work appear to be missing or inaccessible, and there’s no clear explanation of what’s happened or how to recover it. For users like me who depend on this app professionally, this isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s a potential loss of years of valuable business information, money, and time. Before rolling out major updates, there needs to be better testing, better communication, and a much more reliable way to protect customer data. I sincerely hope the developers address these issues quickly because RoadWarrior has been a fantastic app in the past. Right now, however, I can’t recommend it to anyone who depends on it for their livelihood until these data and syncing problems are resolved. Super unhappy right now.

Ever since the new update, the app opens much slower, big city names don’t load except for one specific amount of zooming in on them, it’s harder to manually organize the order of the stops, selecting multiple stops to delete them is harder, loading the next stop is slower after checking in the one you just did as well as several other things. If they went back to the previous version the app would be great.
