Avi-on enables control of GE-branded Bluetooth lighting devices (in-wall and plug-in switches) through the Avi-on Home ecosystem. It supports secure login and location-based schedules that work offline once programmed, so your lights respond even when your phone isn’t nearby.

For Wi‑Fi remote access and Alexa compatibility, add the Avi-on Remote Access Bridge (RAB). All schedules and settings are stored on the Bluetooth chip with cloud backups. Note: Avi-on no longer has a contractual relationship with the manufacturer, Jasco Products, or any duty to support GE by Jasco Products. These products are no longer being sold, and support is provided as a courtesy to existing users.

I can’t get the device to be recognized

Just set up a few items- GE products and this is the only way to control them only…the settings say saved and actually are not activated. The app is not functioning as it should and they no longer use zen desk for support nor have any way to reach them on the app either. Support options says you can send an email- but you can’t. So- I am so sorry I have wasted my time and so frustrated it’s not working w no way to reach them. Will contact GE next but the product works- the app is not…..

Horribly unreliable. Some switches never connect. Some work fine. Totally unreliable. Old school tech I guess. Time to rip it all out and find alternative
