*** Update: still no resolution from developer on accessing my account via their app. Just some meaningless emails about contacting support. BEWARE!!! *** Used to love this app however it seems to always crash when I need it most!!! It’s been a struggle for the past 3-4 years and the only reason I continue to use it is because I’m too lazy to reload my business contacts to another app. Update: 3 weeks now without being able to log in and no meaningful response from support. Support is next to worthless.
