HOW DOES IT WORK?
Start by scheduling a pick up using our app or website. Simply add items to your shopping cart, add any special instructions, select a pick-up and delivery window, and that's it! Have delicate items that you don't want dried? No problem! Do you want fabric softener on your towels only? No problem! Whatever you want, just let us know, we've got you covered.
Next, you will receive a text message and email notification when a WashClub driver is on their way for pick up and within approximately thirty-minutes or less from your location. Not only will you receive notification with an ETA, you can track your WashClub driver's progress on Google Maps in real-time.
WashClub will pick up directly from you at your door, your doorman if available, or anywhere on your property. Simply let us know where your bag(s) will be, it's that simple.
Back at our facility, every customer's laundry and dry cleaning is looked after separately and diligently by our team of specialists, which take great care to preserve the quality of your garments, and other items. Our sophisticated order processing system alerts our team of any special instructions you noted when placing your order. All garments and other items are handled with care.
Upon completion of your order, our team will pack your clean laundry in a WashClub laundry bag, which we provide for free. Dry cleaning is pressed and hung accordingly, just the way you're used to it. We are proud to offer Earth-friendly dry cleaning services.
The delivery process is similar to pick up. You will receive a text message and email notification when a WashClub driver is on their way for delivery and within approximately thirty-minutes or less from your location. Your laundry will arrive neatly folded and clean, with all items ready to return to their familiar space in your home.

DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR CLOTHES. Ruined items - customer support offer a redo free of charge - i was then charged for the items they said they would redo for free. In the redo they ruined other items and lost a button top off a blazer. they said they would not replace it or fix it. such a disappointment.
