Recent reviews

My ROBOROCK vacuum does a good job cleaning the carpet. But it starts in any room closest to the dock and ends furthest from the dock. Then it goes back to the dock, diagonally, right through the nice pattern that it just left, making for an ugly result. My recommendation is to start at the FAR end of the room, and work back toward the beginning. This will leave a nice, even pattern, and even save battery power. I’ve tried to contact the manufacturer through the app, through email, through trouble, tickets, and NEVER gotten any response. is there ANY way to get in touch and provide feedback? Their “support” web page is all Chinese and the iPad translator will not even translate a single word. FAIL.
