I don’t know if this app was just not lucrative for them and it’s been neglected but it’s been disappointing.

2021-05-31	jf*****	I don’t understand why this product already costs 14.99 to use, but to top it off, you have to wait to get the product. If you don’t want to wait, you have to pay an additional 4.99. If I had known that, I wouldn’t have made the purchase. To top it off, they say that there’s no refund. However, you don’t find out that you have to wait; until, you have already paid. Update: In reference to your response, there should’ve been something clearly stated about it not being instant, and it should’ve been very visible. I wouldn’t have minded it if it were a filter. It sounds as if you’re being condescending, but please know this, I no longer want the product because I didn’t get it when I needed it. It has been a couple of days, and I still don’t have it, so all I want is a refund. Thanks in advance!!

2019-08-24	Ан*****	Though it is easy to click and send pics, they only allow 4 people in one photo at a time. I guess this makes sense as it takes longer but I ended up doing two sketches, each with 3 people. Not bad for $9.99
