The Phoenix G2 FSA Mobile app extends US Digital Designs' Fire Station Alerting System to mobile responders. It delivers instant verbal, written, and location-based alerts to authorized users on iPhone and iPad running iOS 7.0+; activation codes are required and access is controlled via the FSAS administrator.

Key capabilities include customizable alerts (audio tone, vibration, and visual text), GPS-based routing to incidents, saving and searching past notifications, concurrent alerts across units or stations, VoiceAlert-consistent tones, and per-user filters. Access requests must go through the fire agency's FSAS administrator to obtain an activation code.

Pros

Easy and convenient to use with a clear, intuitive interface.
Direct CAD integration and fast dispatching that often beats the city network.
Mapping works reliably and uses lat/long to reduce location errors.
Configurable alerting to receive only the dispatches you want.
Notes/dispatch narrative available in the app (CAD notes on calls).

Cons

Missing bulk delete/delete all option; deleting incidents individually is tedious.
Push notifications are unreliable (not delivered, duplicates, or broken after updates) and tones are often too quiet or non-customizable.
Apple Watch integration is inconsistent or non-functional (no vibration/alert on watch).
Crashes or instability after software updates (iOS updates cause crashes or the app to close).
Mapping/directions sometimes inaccurate (Apple Maps misroutes; address vs location precision).

Recent reviews

The app will alert your phone whenever it feels like it. Some calls go through and others don’t at all or maybe 30 minutes later they do. The whole point was to not have to carry the radio around the station.

Don’t update your iPhone to IOS 26.2 it won’t work anymore

While thank you for the delete all button now and select to delete. I noticed when I delete something without opening the notification First , the notification icon still shows unread notifications.
