Most of your station, the charger does not work, and this is not very good for the tourism

Terrible experience from beginning to end. They will not send the verification code to a U.S. phone number, whether you scan the QR code or download and try to register through the Bilkraft app. I followed every instruction, tried multiple times, checked my phone number and country code, requested the text again, and still received absolutely nothing. Vipps does not support U.S. numbers either, so international travelers are left with no reliable way to pay or begin charging. I wasted a huge amount of time moving between chargers, plugging and unplugging the car, scanning different QR codes, downloading the app, and waiting for a verification message that never arrived. A charging station should simply let customers plug in and pay with a normal credit card or Apple Pay. It should not require a Scandinavian payment account, a special RFID card, or an app that cannot even send an SMS to an American phone. This completely ruined my day. I hate this charging station—it is the worst charging experience I have ever had. Avoid Eviny and Bilkraft if you are visiting from the United States. One star only because zero stars is not an option.
