TrainHeroic offers strong group-programming capabilities and easy workout tracking, making it a solid tool for coaches and athletes when the system is working. However, the app is plagued by reliability and usability problems: frequent crashes and logouts disrupt sessions; limited UX (no desktop interface, hard to import or reorder exercises, clunky search); calendar and data-management bugs (duplicate entries, inability to delete programs or entries); confusing billing with extra pro fees and cancellation headaches; and inconsistent support and limited data export options. These issues undermine value despite solid core features.

Strong workout programming for group training and coaching.
Easy tracking of workouts and progress over time.
Useful features for coaches to build and manage routines.
Works well for in-person training workflows and sharing routines.
Long-time users appreciate the core functionality when the app is functioning properly.

Cons

Recent reviews

Not sure if Garmin will oblige, but TH needs Apple Watch Support. It would be convenient to have the ability to access and log/track workouts and the majority of Apple Health stats/data from Apple Watch as well as on iPhone, and even iPad.
