However, the app is plagued by reliability and usability problems: frequent crashes and logouts disrupt sessions; limited UX (no desktop interface, hard to import or reorder exercises, clunky search); calendar and data-management bugs (duplicate entries, inability to delete programs or entries); confusing billing with extra pro fees and cancellation headaches; and inconsistent support and limited data export options. These issues undermine value despite solid core features.
