User Reviews

AudioFetch is praised for a strong concept and clear sound when it works, with real utility in gyms, churches, and similar venues and generally responsive support. However, widespread reliability and connectivity issues, audio latency/echo, OS update problems, and occasional hardware failures dominate the user feedback, making consistency a major obstacle despite the positive use-cases and sound quality when functioning.
Pros
  • Clear and loud audio when the system is functioning
  • Useful concept across venues (gyms, churches, condos) and helpful for hearing-impaired users and translations
  • Responsive and helpful support team (notably praised representatives)
  • Some installations report long-term reliability and good performance over years
Cons
  • Frequent reliability and connectivity problems (difficulty connecting, dropouts, blank screens) reported across many reviews
  • Audio quality issues including latency/echo, muffled sound, and occasional skipping or channels not playing
  • OS compatibility problems and updates causing breakages (notably around iOS versions) with temporary fixes
  • Reliance on external hardware (box/transmitter) that can fail or require replacement over time
  • TV audio not consistently transmitted to the app or some channels failing to play
Recent reviews
This requires that the venue is transmitting sound, which they have no particular reason to do. The Tunity App, while it has its own issues, is a much better concept—it is 100% in the control of the end user with no reliance on the venue doing anything.

Horrible app
by cr*****, 2025-12-17

I depend on this in church to be able to hear. I have cochlear implants and this system allows me to hear clearly in church and it works great WHEN IT WORKS. It's a rather complex setup on my end to deal with the delay and echo caused. I have to turn off the microphones on my processor so I don't hear the sound in the room since this signal is delayed by almost half a second (about 470 ms last time i checked. might be slightly less now) I updated the OS on my phone last night and now this app stopped working. just no audio. I had to update it to get it to work. but it still disconnects sometimes. I do the livestreaming at church and having your audio suddently stop working is very annoying. either way it's a good system but it's not as solid as i would like
