Parental Control App - OurPact

Good app, and probably the only one that works well. But many times the schedule does not work and when you see the phone is open. They need to improve it, it’s been years with same issue.

There is a lot I like about this app except for … there isn’t a contact number when having a problem such as double billing, and no response when the support team has been contacted via email.

OurPact’s basic screen‑time management works fine, but the app has some serious reliability issues. Several of my child’s app settings repeatedly revert to “Always Allow,” and the “Disable In‑App Purchases” feature randomly turns itself off. After 10 months of using this app, these glitches have cost our family nearly $500 in in‑app purchases I believed were blocked. I reached out to the developer multiple times, but instead of troubleshooting, they insisted my child “must” have my password or access to my devices and was overriding the settings. That simply isn’t the case, and it was frustrating to have the blame shifted back onto us rather than the app’s functionality being addressed. At this point, I can’t recommend OurPact. Don’t waste your time or money. We’re switching to Bark, hoping for a more reliable and accountable solution.
