My masters program uses blackboard for courses which works fine on the desktop but in the last week, the app hasn’t loaded a single course or item for me. It always says “there’s a problem on our end”

This app is inferior to Canvas in every single way. Sure it works well on a laptop, but is unbelievably buggy on any form of iOS. I am not sure why any institution of higher education would subject their students to use such an inferior application.
