I have submitted several claims and I’m having issues with this company requiring information that isn’t in the irs code. I’ve jumped through their hoops and still no complete payout. Why does my doctor have to approve the quantity of an item that I purchased before I can be paid out? I’ll simply keep my own records next year. They’re supposed to be a convenience, now they’ve become an inconvenience.

Sadly, you can have thousands of dollars on this card and have approved purchases, but they’ll get declined over and over again to get your teeth cleaned at the dentist.
