User Reviews

Overall, reviews praise the app for easing learning of the skeleton with detailed bone labeling and strong recommendations. The main drawbacks are limited skull anatomy (inability to isolate certain cranial bones) and monetization (free content limited to the upper limb/hand; full app priced around $8).
Pros
  • Makes learning the skeletal system easier for anatomy students.
  • Detailed labeling of bone bumps, notches, and other features.
  • Generally well-received and frequently recommended to classmates.
Cons
  • Skull anatomy is limited: the skull bones are presented as a single 3D figure, making it hard to isolate cranial bones (ear bones can also be obstructed).
  • Free version is limited to the upper limb/hand while the full app costs about $8, which some users consider expensive.

This is a cool and very useful tool but I do wish it had quizzes to test what you know and to teach you, other that that this is a pretty niche useful tool/app.

used to be able to isolate, hide, and view different parts of the bones. now, it’s locked with a paid subscription behind every option. i can’t view any other angles of the bones without running into “Choose your plan”. this was a great study material, but i don’t think i’ll continue using this since they make you pay to view basic positions. highly disappointed in the change

I used to use this app everyday for my osteoarcheology work. Especially to isolate and look at the carpal and tarsal bones. Now I cannot do that without a subscription. Paywalls are destroying education.
