I decided to sell my cell phone to ecoATM because you get paid moments after arriving at the kiosk. Well, my phone sold for $346, and asked if I wanted it in cash, Venmo, or PayPal. I chose cash. The kiosk spit out $86, and then it pops up on the screen with a notification saying- I’m embarrassed, with the large amount that I had to find another option to Withdraw, and quickly showed a number to call,but was so quick I couldn’t tell u if it was the same as the customer service number that I called. Waited for over 35 mins first time and got disconnected while waiting for an agent. Then called back and waited another 15-20 mins. Wad ridiculous. Then i germs told that i have to wait 7-10 days for a check in the mail! I def should have read the reviews first.
