Keeps telling me to turn Bluetooth on my phone when it’s already on

The App doesn’t connect to the Osmo Mobile 2. I have downloaded multiple times hoping it would work but it doesn’t. We buy expensive equipment but the app doesn’t support the equipment. It’s very frustrating.
