The update is terrible and seems to have set the app back 10 years in functionality and overall appearance. It would be great if I could see how much I need to pay on my mortgage upfront and not have to dig through the app to find the amount!

I’ve never encountered so many issues with an app. I wasn’t able to access my accounts to transfer money or pay bills. It took days of phone calls for me and my family to get anyone to help. My money was being held hostage. I had no way to access anything other than going to a physical building and with my work schedule I couldn’t get there during their bank hours. On top of that, it happened up against a weekend. Additional fees were accrued bc of the app not working. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
