2025-12-17	Lo*****	Finally, the app is working properly. I was unable to use it on my iPhone 17 Pro Max, and I couldn’t redeem my loyalty points at all. I contacted customer support and sent an email, but unfortunately there was no follow-up or response. I’m glad the bug has been fixed, but I’m disappointed with the customer service experience.
