I’ve been trying to use Maven for two months with zero results. The app, email care team, and website act like three completely different companies that don't talk to each other. I waited 17 days for an email reply that never came. When I finally scheduled an appointment in the app, it vanished into thin air—yet they still spam me with text messages. On top of that, getting my wallet and insurance approved was a constant back-and-forth loop where they’d approve it, close it, and leave me starting over with no real human to talk to. It’s an frustrating, fragmented experience when you're just trying to access care. Save yourself the headache.
