Users praise Bridj for clean vans, free wifi, affordability, and fast, door-to-door rides with good customer service. However, reliability problems (late/canceled trips with little warning), plus a buggy, unreliable app that struggles to show routes and timings, greatly detract from the experience. Route visibility is poor and prices have risen without clear quality gains. Overall, Bridj works well when things run smoothly, but persistent app and reliability issues limit its value.

Bridj is apparently only in Sydney. It would be great if it could say that on its home screen for those of us who didn't realize that service had stopped in Boston.

Pros: - Clean vehicles - Nice leather seats with a lot of space - Free wifi during the trip - Responsive customer service Cons - Rarely on-time; sometimes cancelled - Late notice when rides will be late/cancelled - App is prone to crashes and misinformation Overall the service acts as an alternative to public transportation but ends up being only fractionally cheaper with much worse reliability. I want to like this service, but after several late or cancelled trips with very little heads-up I cannot endorse it.
