Ziip made a mistake by tying device to an app. Product should be able to stand alone without dependency on a mobile device. Additionally, the device is of poor quality. On third replacement. And had to fight customer service for it. Go with NuFace.

Not sure what all these bad reviews are about. I’ve had no issues. Just make sure the device is on and your Bluetooth is turned on and it will seamlessly pair. I’ve tried 3 different treatments so far & really like them all so far. Thank you!
