The drivers hardly seem to ever use and/or turn it on. It is good when it works, but the drivers fail to use it, tje app is essentially useless

The app will say that the bus will arrive at 4:26, and is 27 minutes away and then I hear a bus pulling up as I’m leaving the restroom at 4:14. Please update in real time
