I bought this a couple years ago or several years ago during the pandemic. I was hoping it to. I was hoping to use it to measure my body fat percentages and see things that I need to improve. It never charged properly from the very beginning, and has never charged properly since then. I put it into the cradle and it flashes red to green or just just flashing green as if it’s charging I guess? But only does it for about one or two minutes and then it stops so I have never been able to use my Sculpt equipment. I originally thought I was doing something wrong and then I allowed my son to try to use it and the same thing was happening for him. I was being lazy and never sent it back but I found the box underneath my bathroom sink as I was moving, and finally decided to leave a review. I wish it could’ve been a review from the using the What is actual equipment itself.

Tried everything to sign-up but it gives a registration error. Sent an email to support to see if they will fix the issue.
