Horrible app

I used this twice, believed I had closed my session both times, only to find that I somehow hadn’t, and was charged for several hours and close to $30 per ride. My daughter used the app, but there are only specific places you can ride to, so if you aren’t just running an errand to a place or back, and you close your session, it charges an out of area fee, and locks the bike for further use. So when we tried to use the bike for the next leg of our trip, it was disactivated and we were far from transit and had to walk close to 40 m out of our way, or pay for additional transit. What even is the point if I can only go specific places?? Useless, won’t be utilizing this “service” again.
