KeysBank Mobile App enables secure, convenient mobile banking for First State Bank of the Florida Keys customers. On the go, you can check balances without logging in, deposit checks, transfer funds, send money with Zelle, pay bills, view/search transactions, view statements, and use the app free* for FSBFK customers.

KeysBank also offers debit card controls (set limits and alerts, turn cards on/off), manage alerts (email, text, push), enroll in Text Banking, send secure messages, apply for loans, update contact info, stop payments, reorder checks, and locate ATMs and branches. To activate, FSBFK customers must enroll in Online Banking via KeysBank.com; your Login ID and Password remain the same for Online and Mobile Banking. Standard phone, data, and messaging rates may apply. FSBFK is FDIC insured and Equal Housing Lender.

I am constantly having to resign in over and over again to the point that i have to completely restart my device to get into my own bank account to deposit checks. This app is a joke. Every time i sign on it’s frustrating and miserable, and its not just the app thats bad, the in person service at the banks are bad too, the staff has attitude. Do bother with this bank or their app, save yourself the frustration.

For months this app will not let me log in and says “We are experiencing intermittent connectivity issues.” It used to be a great app.

Wow they gave up a perfectly good app and developed this garbage. Every third time it freezes and gives you an error message. It says to call a number but I have learned just close it out and restart it. Once you successfully log in, it becomes a guessing game as to what is going on with your account. Fix this MESS.
