The InterBank Mobile app has strong service and some usable transfer features, and positive notes about branch staff. However, it is plagued by reliability problems: frequent login/authentication issues, constant crashes and outages, and overall instability. Zelle access is missing or not accessible despite claims, and Apple Pay is not supported. UI changes and a confusing interface add to the frustration. Overall, reviews show a mix of occasional positives overshadowed by persistent app instability.

I have had so many problems with logging in. Have had to change password constantly, delete the app, reinstall restart my device & it’s still not working half of the time
