Called into LFCU to see if this useless thing that doesn’t “math” correctly be hidden or removed. Was told by the first person there NOTHING that could be done about it and was more interested in hanging up than providing service. Finally spoke to someone else and I don’t know of anything was actually done or they were just patronizing me. That useless thing is*STILL* there. This will be a 1 ⭐️ review until it’s removed. Also considering other credit unions in the area…

You can always be hesitant when your financial institution changes their online banking platform. In this case, it was a great upgrade. And updated the functionality at customer likes in the 2020’s.
