Have been trying to purchase a gift card with my account and it’s not working

The app doesn’t work and is completely useless. I tried numerous times to purchase an Uber gift card and it always says that the transaction cannot be completed. It further says to reach to gift card support to report the problem if the issue continues. I filled out the form several times but nothing ever happened. I have now deleted the app from my phone. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS USELESS APP THAT DOES NOT WORK.
