Recent reviews

Great when transactions are successful. Broad range of merchants to get extra miles through the shopping portal, to get miles when buying e-gift cards, even better when doing BOTH at the same time. However, transactions fail OFTEN. Having a “point of sale” app that routinely fails at the point of sale is EXTREMELY frustrating. Contacts to help/customer service yield either no results, or “solutions” that don’t resolve the issue. Blaming a bank or CC issuer isn’t a resolution when a bank either didn’t reject a charge, or if a rejected charge is cleared/approve the app shifts to “Pay for [item] with Miles is Temporarily Unavailable” when you’ve designated a card (NOT miles) as the payment source.

Not only does the gift card functionality not work, but they’ve disabled the link to seek assistance. Mike credits for purchases from several vendors never show up. And don’t forget, a mile is only worth about 1.2 cents each, so chasing miles by using the app isn’t worth too much effort. Particularly when the app doesn’t seem to work at all.
