The DCMP has over 16,000 streaming educational videos featuring captions and/or descriptions for students who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind, visually impaired, or deaf-blind. Our library is available free of charge to qualifying students and their teachers, parents, and other professionals serving them.

The application process is biased and content out of date. They would not allow membership based on age. The free to view videos are out of date with old signs.

I can’t sign in with my username or password. It says it’s wrong but when I go on the website it works just fine. If I try to continue as a guest, it won’t let me click the continue button it’s as if it’s not even there. I love that this is a US funded program but I wish it worked.
