User Reviews

Reviews largely condemn the app as a misleading, paid ad for tutorials rather than a helpful iPhone/iPad manual. Users report outdated content, poor writing, and little relevance to current devices. Many note mandatory paywalls for lessons after a basic download, along with intrusive ads and no clear starting point or table of contents. Free Apple resources (Tips app or official manuals) are recommended instead, making this app feel unnecessary and overpriced.
Pros
Cons
  • App reads as an advertisement for paid courses rather than a genuine iPhone/iPad manual.
  • Content is outdated and not updated for current iOS devices.
  • Requires paying for tutorials after purchasing the app; overall cost is high/pricey.
  • Poor writing quality and grammar; some sections feel AI-generated.
  • Intrusive ads or popups that cannot be easily dismissed; hard to use.

This does not help with any new iPads. This is primarily an advert for other apps and guidebooks. You will delete it almost immediately, so don’t bother.

This book feels like it was written in a foreign language by a poorly programmed AI. Really . . . It's so bad, I think some of the lines are actually written by an AI. The the order and the grammar is so wildly out of placeI I'm sure the author worked hard on this sometime in past. it was probably very good information then, it shouldn't be on the same shelf with current bookse

Don’t pay for free information! FYI there is an app that comes downloaded on your device called Tips made by Apple and it’s free and gives you quick little tips on how to use your device it usually has a yellow background with a light bulb as the symbol you do not have to download anything extra. My mom was searching for a User Guide for her new iPad since she is not very good with technology. She found this app not knowing like most of the other people in these bad reviews that this is NOT made by Apple they do not get the money you spend on these user manuals that are not written by them. TIP, the user manual for the expensive Apple device that you just purchased is available from the Apple website you can Google it but DO NOT download an app because you can usually find the Apple user manual in PDF form. Also most of the stuff you can just find how to do on Google and YouTube for FREE! Find me if you need help KatyHippy instagram or twitter
