I just experience my first tornado warning but it was for my daughter and family listed as a friend in my app. I was able to find out right away if they were okay and in a safe place but I couldn’t figure out what all the things displayed on my screen! What are the green circles that were going over her house??? What were the dark blue areas?? More explanation would be helpful.

This app just flat out doesn't work. Too bad. It used to, and it was great. But I just sat through multiple tornado warnings all morning in my area and the app showed nothing on the map, and gave no alerts.

The app’s purpose is to keep you safe in dangerous weather conditions, like the South has been experiencing a lot recently. I got a tornado warning from this app two minutes sooner than I did from our major Atlanta weather team (WSB-TV). TWO minutes could mean the difference between life and death in a severe weather situation. The app is straight forward and effective. Check it out; it could save your life.
