Cons: frequent profile save/account errors; data quality and completeness issues; inconsistencies and external links for details; some search and category gaps. Overall, a strong concept and feature set hampered by reliability and data coverage issues.

Easy to use and navigate; quick, intuitive search that feels fast and efficient.
Powerful search features with options and filters (order by size, etc.) and impressive updates.
Access to extensive college information and quick facts all in one place; useful for researching colleges.
Ability to receive messages from and interact with colleges, including recruiter interactions and messaging features.
Great tool for guiding and supporting the college search process for students and parents.

Cons

Profile and account issues: frequent 'error' messages when saving data or creating an account, causing loss of entered information.
Data quality problems: incomplete or inaccurate information for colleges (missing majors, missing AP courses) and inconsistent fields across schools.
Data presentation gaps: many details link to college websites rather than being contained in-app, plus missing enrollment, demographics, and deadlines.
Search usability problems: search can be unforgiving (requires exact school names or terms) and some categories have missing options (e.g., majors or AP courses).

Recent reviews

I’ve been having bugs where I can’t save new info into my profile. When I’m unable to save new info, the app would notify me that there is an error. I’ve already read a review that was written 2 years ago about the same bug, so I’m disappointed. The developer also responded to that reviewer saying improvements would be made, but the same error is still happening 2 years later. It’s as if the developer has run away from working on and improving this app. If the quality was improved, the app would definitely be better. Hope this app improves because schools are still recommending students to use this app.

The idea is great but there are major usage issues. I can’t save any actual information on my profile. It just says error and I have to start all over again. I thought it was maybe my wifi but when I turned wifi off it did the same thing. Also, in a lot of the categories they have, they don’t have all of the choices that should be there. Like in the AP category, they were missing AP Language and AP U.S. History and several others that I haven’t taken. I just don’t think the category should be there unless all the items in that category are there. They didn’t even list my major in one category which is BUSINESS/FINANCE. That’s a very common major and should not have been left out. The idea is there and if it worked well it would be a great app but it just isn’t very functional.

My major is not listed and some information on certain colleges is inaccurate. I know for a fact that certain colleges offer a degree in the field I’m interested in and the field itself is not listed under those colleges.
