I’ve used this app for a long time to track my USCIS cases and used to be my favorite app! I’m disappointed to post that this app is unusable at this point. The app used to be ad-free, but right now it’s virtually impossible to check your cases as ads just hijack your entire screen, sometimes without an option to close the ad. I am fed up of being shown an ad, after every navigation click. I will be uninstalling this app and look for alternatives. Strongly recommend NOT to download this app if you don’t want ads. Besides ads, there is nothing else in this app at least at the time of writing this review.
