Recent reviews

100% a scam. They send packages to understaffed staples locations where no one tracks anything or does anything. Twice now, I’ve had heat sensitive items shipped to them and it takes over a week to get scanned in and around two weeks to ever be shipped out. So far we’re at two weeks and it hasn’t shipped to me. Called a week ago, guy said he found my package in the wrong spot and it would ship the next day. 7 days later it’s still not shipped. This is a scam. It is not legit business. They won’t even call the store for you. They do nothing.

This has to be the world’s worst app. Hire a UX developer and get this right. The app does not display properly on an iPad. Options, text,submit buttons are so big it gets clipped and you cant see the options available. I will throw my hat in to help redesign the app.
