Expo Pass reviews are overwhelmingly negative. Recurrent issues include broken magic link authentication, startup crashes, and post-event blanks that prevent accessing past sessions. A minor positive note mentions lead-scanning payments working, but overall pricing confusion and reliability problems dominate user feedback.

Pros

Lead capture/credit card charge for lead scanning works reliably.
Some features function during live events (the app can be used while the event is ongoing).

Magic link login/verification is broken across many reviews (never verifys, endless loops, redirects to App Store, cannot log in).
App crashes or won’t start/open on devices (startup crashes; crashes when editing users).
Post-event usability is severely limited or unavailable (content is blank after the event; cannot review past sessions).

Recent reviews

There are dozens and dozens of these apps. And they all charge you a ton. If you are reviewing apps for your trade show please please pick a more established one. This one completely does not work and won’t open on any of our teams phones. It crashes upon startup and won’t let us in at the trade show
