2020-08-09	Wa*****	I created audio recordings for two birthday cards. The recipients couldn’t use the TINE app to scan the tags, because they received a message that the app wasn’t compatible with their phones. One has an Android and the other, an iPhone. I have a bunch of tags I can’t use. Also, their Contact Us page no longer exists. I was hoping someone could explain what went wrong. It seems they’ve abandoned ship.

2017-11-28	tj*****	It says tags are free but you have to pay for them. SO i went to pay for them and it won’t let me select the correct state on the mailing address. Seems like such a good idea but a lot of glitches still to be worked out.

2017-10-10	Om*****	The feel of the app still feels like a beta test. It’s much too messy for anything to go over smoothly. The scanner of the tags have to see too much clutter when all actuality they really should just see the message. The Advanced feature of adding a YouTube link does not work on my updated 6S. It force closes the app without any change. This could be the next big thing, but without a simpler, smoother app with less bugs, I don’t see that happening any time soon. I could have very well just printed and colored my own QR codes.

2017-09-26	Th*****	This was working yesterday and I think the new update disallows it from even connecting online. It keeps saying that it can’t find the network when I try logging in. Is there a bug? I was about to do a really important project!

2017-04-24	Am*****	I purchased 16 tags to do a fun Easter Scavenger Hunt for my teenagers. The day they arrive we try recording and 10/16 tags won't even scan. They said "these are unrecognized" they were brand new! I was not able to use them for an egg hunt. I was livid and reached out immediately. I never heard back. Then today I reach out again- and somehow they were able to fix the 10 remaining tags and just apologized. They didn't offer a refund or any other solution. Huge waste of money. I don't recommend anyone use them. I was so disappointed because it was so promising.

2016-11-12	Kb*****	I'm getting married and I have added a tag to each one of my bridesmaid proposal gift boxes with a little video message. It was a great way to add a personal touch on each one individually. Such a great idea. They go out next week and I can't wait to get their responses!
