Recent reviews

This app took more than two hours to get working. Chatting with tech-support online then having a phone call with tech-support online. Since it doesn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, it would only connect through my Apple TV. When I programmed a schedule, it doesn’t work because when I’m not watching my Apple TV, my Apple TV is off. I feel like this was a total rip off and a waste of money.

The app rarely works well. Their smart accessories work even less reliably. It’s been a year now and my shades are still broken. Stay away from Eve!

Scanning the code on the device, it recognizes it as a light but fails to connect to it 3 inches away. It isn’t a matter of trying to activate new tech in 1995, get real. I have two BTW, same result.
