Recent reviews

This has been the most terrible experience I have ever had. Their customer service team is non existent, and they prevent you from getting medication you need. Prior to them I could just go to my pcp and they could actually help me. Now they control every aspect of my medical needs, and don’t have anything to do with my actual care. It makes no sense. I will be contacting my hr department and do whatever I can to get them to drop Vida. Do not waste your time.

Unable to verify connected devices or see permissions assigned. No way to connect my bp cuff, verification email never sends, clunky ui, slow response times when submitting form. Frankly this app isn’t ready for production imo.

They don’t “deny” your medication. They just intentionally make it more trouble than it’s worth. That’s the only reason they exist. They are the “Delay” in “Delay, Deny, Defend”. Wasted four months trying to get a refill on a prescription I had been taking for a year. I don’t need a fat camp. I don’t need a counselor. I just need the medication three different doctors had already prescribed, all of which took less than a week. With Vida? Four months…and still waiting. This BS should be illegal.
