Payment processing failures and incorrect charges (e.g., large card charges and repeated errors).
Registration/verification issues (verification emails not received, login problems).
Poor offline/underground usability (must have data connection; QR validation can fail below ground).
Reports of inspectors demanding cash fines and perceived scam behavior, causing tourist anxiety and confusion.
General performance and UI glitches (slow loads, design issues, unstable behavior).

Recent reviews

App requires 5G with full antenna to maybe open if you are patient enough to wait 40 seconds or so. In other words, where ticket inspectors are waiting to shoot your eyes with their laser scanners, you have nothing to show! Instead of this BS app, do yourself a huge favor and buy physical ticket at a machine.

Purchasing ticket in a booth? 1) Choose ticket 2) Pay 3) Done. Purchasing ticket in the app? Please sign up, confirm your email, enter your name, enter your ID, take a picture of your passport, provide a drop of blood and then MAYBE we'll let you pay and have a ticket. I wish the developers experience the very same treatment everywhere they travel.
