Awful design. Tried to get a pass for the whole family. Took forever with lots of glitches to only find out that everyone needs the app and upload their passports.

Terrible app and system. Takes very long time to load and if you have a slightly weak network like in some metro stations just forget about your electronic ticket. App will not load and you have nothing to present to the inspectors.
