Recent reviews

I can’t remove the app, nor the VPN from my son’s device. This is the worse mistake I’ve made in using this app. Nothing but a headache. Every time I try to use the steps they give me, it either locks his phone up, or it tells me I got the PIN wrong, even though the PIN works on my phone, the same PIN don’t work on the computer app. Customer support is also a joke, taking 10+ minutes each reply! I don’t have all day to sit on with your customer support to figure this issue out. Now I’m probably going to have to take it to Apple support in hopes they can help. So dumb. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

This app absolutely sucks. My daughter has never seen anything bad or been addicted to her phone, but this app caused a bug. This app would shut off her Safari, and all apps, videos and pictures sent to her that aren’t inappropriate, and this app would do it by itself with out my parental permission. It caused me and my daughter much stress. I don’t recommend it unless you want to build a control trap that’s wrapped in pretty wrapping paper called “safety” when it cuts of many forms of being safe. Thank you for reading.
