NovelSpeaker (ことせかい) reads web novels aloud as you browse. Quick play: Open Web Import, choose a web novel, display text, press Import, go to Bookshelf, select a novel column, then long-press the text to choose a start point and tap Speak to begin.

Background playback is supported so you can listen while walking or doing chores. Note that extended background listening may drain battery; keep an eye on battery usage.
